Joey Waddell, CPA

Certified Public Accountant

Joey received his CPA certificate in 2016 after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from Georgia College & State University.

Joey worked in Dublin for a mid to large size CPA firm for several years before moving back to Milledgeville to acquire and grow the local firm of Lee and Turner PC into Heritage Tax & Accounting Services, LLC.

Stacy McCoy

Payroll & Bookkeeping

Stacy started working in March of 1991 as a part-time bookkeeper, which quickly transformed into full-time employment while simultaneously pursuing her degree. She received that degree, a BS in Computer Science with a minor in math, in 1998.

Stacy is arguably one of the most knowledgeable bookkeepers, accounts payable clerks, payroll specialists in the state of Georgia.

Marshall E Lee, CPA

Certified Public Accountant

Marshall has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant since April of 1980 after receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. He worked in Macon for several years before going out on his own when he acquired the business of a retiring CPA in Milledgeville, Mr. Bill Rozier. After forty-plus years in public accounting, there's not much he can't do if you need help.

Cara S Turner, CPA

Certified Public Accountant

Cara received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia College & State University in June 1983 and her CPA certificate in February 1987. She has worked here in Milledgeville for her entire 35-year career as a certified public accountant. She considers all her clients not just a client but a friend.
